Suggestion template:
- Dedu/Mouse, been playing this game since 2006-2007, been through a lot of private servers as well as playing official.
- The Suggestion that can change the future of this server.
- About 70%, even more of the community had high hopes for this server - a version like the first ever Divinity released but better Balance - this is an overall review.
First off, I want to acknowledge the effort that went into launching this server. The community was incredibly hyped leading up to the release, and there was a real buzz around what was to come. Unfortunately, I feel like the server hasn't quite lived up to expectations, especially for those of us who are focused on PvP content.
Right now, the server is heavily leaning toward PvE. The PvP opportunities you’ve offered are mostly tied to events or the occasional World Boss, and even then, players aren’t really incentivized to engage. With the gear progression you’ve provided, people don’t feel motivated to PK or compete for World Bosses. It’s just not worth it when the early-game gear is so underwhelming.
I think what most of the community was really hoping for was something more similar to the first ever version of your server, but more balanced and with an improved economy. We don’t want to farm endlessly just to get to a point where we can finally start enjoying the game. What people are looking for is a server where, within 2-3 weeks up to 3 months max, they can be fully geared and ready for PvP, excluding stuff like lvl 5 moonlights, perfect slumberings, perfect starchart, perfect engraves etc, because those need to be continuously farmed to reach true endgame. That would create the kind of fast-paced, competitive environment people were excited about.
I understand you might be worried about losing the community after a while, but that doesn’t have to be the case. By adding new content or making changes to the gear over time, you’ll keep people entertained and engaged. It’s 2024—if people wanted to grind endlessly, they could just go play other svs that have PvE. But if you tailor this server for the PvP crowd, you’ll see that a lot more players will flock to it, and your server will really blow up.
You can always add more content later as people start to reach endgame. Custom additions like new tomes, rings, or other unique items would keep things fresh. But in the beginning, the focus should be on making sure players can get geared up quickly and dive straight into PvP without burning out on endless farming.
The version that everyone wants or hoped for: - Lvl 105 Rb2, all skills alrdy done - u would only have to farm a bit for passives, meridian through voting,or have it limited per day, max quest list, max inv, max bank, max pets slots, +12 refines for free, vit/hp stones, Love up and down Tome, full sky lvls.
- Starter Gear + wep - R8R3/R9R3 , cube/ws belt, the tome , cloud stir/sky cover , r9 ring, culmination ring, cape int/chan/nirvana w,e.
- Farming shouldn't take longer than 2-3 weeks up to max 2-3 months to endgame - have the mats tradeable for an economy.
- Farming dungeons such as TTr (g17 gear+moonlights) , Up (g17 wep), IBU (starchart/stones/glyphs lvl 4 packs), DH (Glyphs), Eden/Brim (slumberings) something along the lines.
- Weeklies/Dailies - Tbh u can keep them like this -
- PVP events - exchange stuff for WoA/CoM, ring/cape mats, tome refines, supply tokens, soul shackles, paramount, packs, keys, war avatar cards, etc - either increase the items u get from exchanging the pvp tokens or increase the rewards themselves.
- Divinity goods - providing with necessary stuff such as +12 refines, pots, warsong medals for genie, guardian scrolls , res scrolls, if u dont want to have quest/bag/inv/pet maxed from the start at least put them in there.
