I have found the server to be nice, however when I had questions no one was available to answer them. I seen a GM online visible standing in West but was AFK I guess because he did not respond.
Suggestion: Start a support faction that experienced players can help new players. I have seen this done before and it worked great.
I do understand that you guys are very busy with setting stuff up and apologize for interrupting.
