Interaction with project resources and agreement.​

- The user, hereinafter referred to as the player, confirms familiarization with the Project Rules during the registration of the user account.
- The administration has the right to regulate the blocking periods regardless of the rules specified in the sections.
- The project team members apply restrictions to the player throughout the project: the game server, forum and social networks.
- The restrictions applied to the player may apply to all user accounts that were previously logged in.
- The player undertakes to comply with the requirements of the project administration and comply with the established sections of the Project Rules.
- The project rules are adjusted without notifying the players, ignorance of the current version does not exempt from liability.
- The email specified during the registration of the user account is not subject to change.

Disclaimer​

- The project administration is not responsible for the publication of illegal information on any project resources: the game server, forum and official social networks.
- The project administration is not responsible for the loss of user account data and/or game values due to the fault of the player.
- The administration is not responsible for the loss of game values when voluntarily transferring an account to third parties.

1. Communication in all project chats​

1.1 Insulting players is prohibited (in general/world chat).
Punishment type:
- Chat blocking for a period of 30 minutes to 24 hours.

1.2 It is prohibited for one player to send - 3 or more repeated messages in a row or more often than once every 3 minutes in the absence of activity in the chat, as well as any spam or provocation to disorder in the chat and on the forum.
Punishment type:
- Chat blocking for a period of 30 minutes to 72 hours.

1.3 It is prohibited to impersonate another player in order to discredit his reputation.
Punishment type:
- Chat blocking for a period of 30 minutes to 48 hours.

1.4 Any form of intolerance towards gender, race, nationality and political affiliation, as well as encouragement of such actions to statements made by other players, are prohibited.
Types of punishment for violation:
In chat:
- Chat blocking for a period of 30 minutes to 14 days.
Nickname:
- Warning about changing the nickname. In case of refusal or repeated change to a nickname that violates the rule - blocking permanent blocking of the character.

1.5 Threats of violence in real life, as well as threats to cause any harm, are prohibited. Blackmail in any form is prohibited.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 1 day.
- Character blocking for 3 days.
- Character blocking for 7 days.
The blocking is issued according to the increasing number of repeated violations.

1.6 It is prohibited to distribute personal data of users of the project, any bullying/incitement to bullying that may interfere with the player's further comfortable play/stay on the project.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 1 day.
- Character blocking for 3 days.
- Character blocking for 7 days.
The blocking is issued based on the increasing number of times the violation is repeated.

1.7 It is prohibited to advertise any third-party resources in any of the chats.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 5 days
- Character blocking for 7 days.
- Permanent blocking.
The blocking is issued based on the increasing number of times the violation is repeated.

1.8 It is prohibited to promote drugs, distribute pornographic materials or any other information that is not related to the project and/or prohibited by the current legislation of the countries where the player resides.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 5 days
- Character blocking for 7 days.
- Permanent blocking.
The blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

1.9 It is forbidden to use obscene language in world/regular and mountain chats.
Type of punishment:
- Automatic blocking from 15 minutes.

1.10 Direct insults are forbidden, as well as mentioning blood relatives in an offensive form in public chats.
Type of punishment:
- Chat blocking for a period of 30 minutes to 24 hours.

1.11 Any misinformation of players regarding the project and attempts to put the server in a bad light are forbidden.
Type of punishment:
- Character/chat blocking from 24 hours to permanent.

2. Transfer and sale of game property​

2.1 Stealing valuables from other players, characters, accounts is prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Blocking of the character for 14 days.
- Permanent blocking.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

2.2 Any manipulation of game currency, purchase or sale of game accounts and/or game items for non-game valuables, including cash and other payment methods, is prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Permanent blocking of the account.

2.3 In the event of receiving game valuables, the origin of which is unknown to the player, he is obliged to immediately inform the administration about the receipt of the property.
Punishment type:
- Blocking of all player accounts until the circumstances are clarified with the removal of game valuables.

2.4 It is prohibited to resort to fraud by impersonating another person and then misleading and deceiving players.
Type of punishment:
- One-time violation - Blocking at the discretion of the administration
- In case of mass violation - Permanent blocking of all accounts.

2.5 It is prohibited to post cats with names containing misinformation: items that are not for sale and an indication of the false cost of items for sale - the cost of goods in the trading cat should not exceed 50% of the indicated in the name of the cat.
Type of punishment:
- Blocking of the character for 14 days.
- Permanent blocking.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of repeat violations.

2.6 It is prohibited to offer to buy/sell/upgrade and/or post ads for sale on third-party trading platforms of game values, accounts and characters for real money.
Type of punishment:
- Permanent blocking of the account.

3. Interaction with the project administration​

3.1 Any attempts to bribe the administration are prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Character block for 2 hours.
- Character block for 5 hours.
- Character block for 12 hours.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.2 Any manifestation of disrespect towards the administration is prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Character block for 3 hours.
- Character block for 12 hours.
- Character block for 24 hours.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.3 Blackmail, threats and slander towards the administration are prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Character block for 2 hours.
- Character block for 5 hours.
- Character block for 12 hours.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.4 Criticizing the actions of the project team members is prohibited. Complaints are accepted through the Support Service.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 2 hours.
- Character blocking for 5 hours.
- Character blocking for 12 hours.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.5 It is prohibited to impersonate the project administration.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 24 hours.
- Character blocking for 3 days.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.6 It is prohibited to distribute personal information about the project administration.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking for 24 hours.
- Character blocking for 3 days.
Blocking is issued based on the increasing number of violations.

3.7 It is prohibited to interfere with the work of the project administration or create any kind of obstacle to it.
Type of punishment:
- Character blocking from 24 hours to 3 days.

3.8 It is prohibited to distribute personal correspondence with the project administration.
Type of punishment:
- Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.
- Permanent blocking.

4. Advertising third-party resources and agitation to violate the project rules​

4.1 Any public calls to violate the project rules are prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Blocking the character's chat for 3 to 12 hours.

4.2 Public discussion/criticism of third-party projects and resources is prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Blocking the character's chat for 5 to 12 hours.

4.3 Any mention of third-party projects and resources is prohibited, including indirect or veiled ones.
Punishment type:
- Blocking the character's chat for 5 to 12 hours.

4.4 Publicly writing about leaving the server, as well as encouraging other users of the project to stop playing, is prohibited.
Punishment type:
- Blocking the character from 12 hours to 3 days.

4.5 Advertising of third-party resources and projects is prohibited in any of the chats, nicknames, clan or shop names, pet names and any in-game objects.
Type of punishment:
- Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.

4.6 Advertising of any third-party resources without the consent of the project administration is prohibited
Type of punishment:
- Account blocking from 7 days to permanent.

5. Using server errors, third-party software​

5.1 It is prohibited to inform players about found bugs, dupes, server errors, update errors:
Type of punishment:
-Character blocking from 7 to 30 days depending on the type of violation.

5.2 It is prohibited to use any third-party software that affects the gameplay (skill sender, non-server autoswap, etc.).
Concerned players who have discovered the violator and submitted a request to the support service will be rewarded after checking and confirming the violation.
Type of punishment:
-Account blocking from 10 to 60 days depending on the type of violation.

5.3 It is prohibited to use bugs, dupes, vote manipulation, server errors, update errors.
Type of punishment:
- Warning
- Blocking from 3 to 30 days
- Permanent blocking

5.4 Modification, hacking and making changes to the game client for the purpose of gaining a benefit or advantage over other players is prohibited.
Type of punishment:
- Warning
- Blocking from 3 to 30 days
- Permanent blocking

5.5 Distribution of malware is prohibited, as well as distribution of links to Internet resources that entail loss of control over the account by its owner.
Type of punishment:
- Warning
- Blocking from 3 to 30 days
- Permanent blocking

6. Trade​

6.1 It is forbidden to interfere with someone else's trade by blocking trade cats with various in-game objects: druid pets, character models, riding pets, characters with decor pets.
Type of punishment:
- Blocking of character(s) from 24 hours to 7 days.

7. Game Events​

7.1 Twinning, AFK or fixed battles are prohibited during events.
This rule applies to the following game events: Arigora Arena, Capture the Flag, Crystal Protection.
Players who violate this rule while participating in the arena marathon or in those marathons whose results this violation may affect, risk being left without a reward. Systematic violation will lead to a complete denial of the reward.
Caring players who have discovered the violator and submitted a request to the support service will be rewarded after verification and confirmation of the violation.
Type of punishment:
- Warning
- Blocking of twins from 24 hours to 7 days.
- Blocking of the main character(s) from 2 to 5 hours.
